Youth footy: Gislason stars for the Charlton reserves

18 year old flamboyant midfielder Rurik Gislason was the star of the show for the Charlton reserves during their 2-1 win over their Watford counterparts last wednesday at Boreham Wood's Meadow Park ground.

Gislason gave Charlton the lead in the 6th minute as well as turning provider for the winning goal late in the second half.

Should the player keep up the good work a chance for the Charlton first team could beckon next season.

18 year old midfielder Bjarni Thor Vidarsson played the whole match for the Everton reserves against the Leeds United reserves in a goalless draw at Elland Road in Leeds last wednesday.
